As a partner in your health care, Valley Radiology files primary and secondary insurance claims for radiology services. We understand that insurance processing is complex and would like to share some information to help you with the billing process.
Even if your insurance plan authorizes and covers your imaging exam, you are responsible for any co-‐payment, co-‐insurance, or deductible amount specified by your insurance plan. Check with your health plan to verify your coverage.
We have billing experts standing by to help you with questions about your statement and assist you with payments and other information. If we do not have your current insurance information, one of these representatives can assist you in the proper filing of your claim. What to do if your medical bill goes to collections:
If your bill goes to our collections agency, you will receive a written notice in the mail. Please work directly with the collections agency. You may call them at:
